What is NSEU: NexProcure Signing and Encryption Utility (NSEU) is a

NSEU is designed and developed as a
solution by Nextenders (India) Private Limited for the Users of e-Procurement System (e-PS)
of Government of Mauritius to be able to use their Digital Certificate on the system
for processes that require digital signing, encryption, and decryption of data on e-PS. What does NSEU do : NSEU is a solution that allows the Users to use the Digital Certificate for processes that require encryption, decryption and digital signing of data. The encryption, decryption and digital signing is executed on the Users computer system (client side) and is then transmitted over a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) on the e-PS.
NSEU version available for download: The current version of NSEU available for download is 401.18.119.
How to install NSEU: After downloading executable file, the user should double click on the executable file to install the NSEU. A red colored icon with the word "J" will be displayed in the icon tray and will also be present in the startup folder. For the detailed process please refer to the help manual.
How to uninstall NSEU: To uninstall the NSEU, first close the utility currently running on your computer system from the icon tray. After the utility is closed, remove the utility from the startup folder. For the detailed process please refer to the help manual.
Users are also advised to have the latest version of NSEU running on their computer system and should check if the version number mentioned above matches with the version number of the utility installed on their computer system. For further details on how to check the version number, please refer to the help manual.
